  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 celery, stalk, chopped
  • 2 T Vegatable oil
  • 4 c kidney beans, cooked, drained
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Tomato sauce
  • 3 T Vinegar
  • 2 t molasses
  • 1 t basil
  • 1 t Oregano
  • 2 T Chili powder

Cooking Quick And Easy Vegetarian Chili

1. Sautei onion and celery in oil until soft.
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
3. Serve or chill several hours and reheat to serve.
