  • 6 sli Cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1 T Rendered Bacon Fat, use
  • -drippings from cooking

Cooking Quiche lorraine ala katherine

1. Sautei onion until tender.
2. Place bacon, onion and cheeses in pie shell.
3. Blend together eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
4. Pour over mixture in quiche shell.
5. Bakei at 375°F.
6. For 45 minutes, or until mixture is firm and light brown.
