Quantity Hungarian Goulash ingredients
- 1 c olive oil
- 6 qt Onions
- 6 c Celery
- 18 lb Boneless beef sirloin
- 1 c flour
- 12 c Beef stock
- 6 c Red wine
- water
- c Salt
- 1 T Black pepper
- 3 Bay leaf
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Hungarian paprika
Cooking Quantity Hungarian Goulash
1. Heat oil in a large skillet, over a medium flame.
2. Add onions and celery.
3. Heat and stir for 3-4 minutes, until tender.
4. Add beef, heat and stir to brown on all sides.
5. Add flour and stir until well blended.
6. Add beef stock, wine, and water to cover.
7. Seasoni with salt, pepper, and bay leaves.
8. Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
9. Add paprika and simmer for 30-45 minutes, or until tender remove and discard bay leaves.
10. Serve hot.
