Quail With Basil Mustard Sauce ingredients

  • 4 Quails
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t worchestershire sause
  • 2 T Oil
  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • 2 T Sour cream
  • 2 T Fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 T fresh mustard
  • 12 Fresh asparagus spears
  • 12 Snow Peas

Cooking Quail With Basil Mustard Sauce

1. Cut down both side of backbone of quail.
2. Remove and discard backbone.
3. Tuck wings under bodies.
4. Place quail in large bowl with sauce, oil, and juice.
5. Mixi well, cover, refrigerate for 1 hour.
6. Remove quail from marinade.
7. Reserve marinade.
8. Grilli quail for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked as desired, basting freguently with marinade while cooking.
9. Place remaining marinade in small saucepan.
10. Bring to boil, cool for 5 minutes.
11. Stiri in sour cream, basil and mustard.
12. Serve with asparagus and snow peas.
