Puto (rice Cake) ingredients
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 c selfraising flour (brodie brand)
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 T butter ,margarine or veg. oil
- dr of any food color (optional)
Cooking Puto (rice Cake)
1. mix all the ingridient's until smooth.
2. do not over mix. pour in a mini muffin tray.
3. put the tray in a deep pan with enough water for steaming.
4. steam for about 5-10 minutes or until cooked.
5. cool before removing from the tray.
6. serve cold or hot with butter.
