Pumpkin Spiced and Iced Cookies

Pumpkin Spiced and Iced Cookies ingredients
- 2 1⁄4 c flour
- 1 1⁄2 t Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 t baking powder
- 1⁄2 t Baking soda
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1 c butter
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 bo LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 2 Eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1 c Chopped walnuts
- 1 c Powdered sugar;
- 1 T 2% milk
- 1⁄2 t vanilla
Cooking Pumpkin Spiced and Iced Cookies
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Generously grease a baking sheet; set aside.
3. Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium mixing bowl; set aside.
4. Creami together butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
5. Add pumpkin, eggs and vanilla.
6. Gradually add flour mixture, stirring until well blended.
7. Stiri in chocolate chips and walnuts; blend well.
8. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet.
9. Bakei 18 to 20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
10. Remove from oven; allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
11. Meanwhile combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla in a small bowl; beat until a smooth glaze forms.
12. Spread glaze over each cookie.
