Pumpkin custard

Pumpkin custard ingredients
- 3 Saccharin tablets, (¼ grain each)
- 1 T Water, warm
- 1⁄2 c Milk
- 1⁄2 c Pumpkin, canned
- 1 Eggs, well beaten
- 1⁄8 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Nutmeg
- 1⁄4 t Cinnamon
- -dash
- Ginger
Cooking Pumpkin custard
1. Dissolve saccharin in warm water.
2. Combine with remaining ingredients; pour into custard cup. Place in shallow pan of hot water.
3. Bakei in moderate (350 °F).
4. 45 minutes, or until knife inserted near edge of custard comes out clean.
