Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies ingredients
- 1 c butter Or margarine
- -softened
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Brown sugar - packed
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
- 1 Eggs
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2 c All-purpose flour
- 1 c Quick cooking oats
- 1 t Baking soda
- 1 t Ground cinnamon
- 1 c Pumpkin; canned or fresh
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cooking Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
1. 1. In a mixing bowl, cream better and sugars.
2. Beat in egg and vanilla.
3. 2. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into creamed mixture alternately with pumpkin.
4. 3. Foldi in chocolate chips.
5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
6. 4. Bakei at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes or until lightly browned.
7. NOTE: Easy enough for kids to do, and delicious.
