Pudding and pie filling mix ingredients

  • 3 1⁄4 c Instant dry milk
  • 3⁄4 c Sugar
  • 3⁄4 c Cornstarch

Cooking Pudding and pie filling mix

1. Combine and store in a tightly covered container in cool, dry place.
2. Recipe for vanilla pudding: 1 cup pudding and pie filling mix, 2 cups cold water, 1 tsp. butter or margarine, ½ tsp. vanilla put mix in a saucepan.
3. Gradully add water and bring to a boil, stirring, over low heat.
4. Add butter and vanilla.
5. Stiri until butter melts.
6. Pour into dessert dishes and refrigerate until set. Chocolatei pudding: cook mix and water as directed above.
7. Stir in 4 tbsps.
8. unsweetened cocoa powder, butter and vanilla and stir until butter melts and mixture is smooth.
9. Or use 1 ounce chopped unsweetened chocolate instead of cocoa, omitting the butter.
10. Stir well and pour into serving dishes.
11. Refrigerate until set.
