  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small Cucumber, diced
  • 1 CLOVE MINCED garlic
  • 1⁄4 c Mint leaves -- sliced
  • 1 c Plain nonfat yogurt
  • 14 t Coarsely ground pepper
