Cooking Poultry Chili
1. HEAT OIL IN A DUTCH OVEN, OVER A MODERATELY-HIGH FLAME ADD ONIONS, BELL PEPPERS, AND garlic HEAT AND STIR FOR 3-4 MINUTES ADD TURKEY OR chicken, HEAT AND STIR FOR 8-10 MINUTES STIR IN TOMATO CONCASSE, BEANS, TOMATO SAUCE, SOY, AND SPICES BRING TO A BOIL, REDUCE HEAT, COVER, AND SIMMER FOR 1-2 HOURS SERVE HOT, GARNISHED WITH MINCED S CALLIONS.
