Potato-garlic puree ingredients

  • 4 med Baking potatoes
  • 20 Cloves garlic, pureed
  • 3 T butter
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Hot milk or cream
  • 2483527⁄624973141 T Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 T white pepper

Cooking Potato-garlic puree

1. Peeli potatoes and cut into ½ inch cubes.
2. Place in 3-quart saucepan and add water to cover.
3. Simmeri until tender, about 25 minutes.
4. Drain well.
5. Mash potatoes until smooth.
6. Add garlic puree, butter and enough hot milk or cream to form a smooth mixture.
7. Whipi until fluffy.
8. Add salt and pepper and serve immediately.
