Potatoes with Black Pepper ingredients

  • 5 med Potatoes, boiled, cooled &
  • -- diced
  • 4 T Vegatable oil
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 t Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 T Cilantro, chopped

Cooking Potatoes with Black Pepper

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. When hot, put in potatoes & stir-fry them for a minute or so. Sprinkle in the salt.
3. Cover & let the potatoes heat through gently for 5 minutes, reducing heat as necessary.
4. Add pepper & mix gently.
5. Cook for a few more minutes, stirring every now & then.
6. Sprinkle in the cilantro, mix & serve.
