- 6 large Potatoes
- 300 ml Thickened cream
- 150 g Cheese
- 4 Spring Onions (optional)
- 6 Mushrooms (optional)
Cooking potatoe bake
1. Peeli, slice and cook potatoe until they are just tender.
2. Gratei the cheese and slice spring onions and mushrooms.
3. Put aside.
4. When potatoes is ready drain them.
5. Layer the ingredients into a baking dish.
6. Potatoe, mushrooms, onions, cheese and then a sprinkle of cream.
7. Repeat the above step for as many layers as you wish.
8. Put a potatoe layer on top. Sprinkle with cheese on the top and place into a moderate oven until the cheese is golden brown.
