Potato Raita ingredients

  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Plain Yogurt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Half-and-half
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Black pepper
  • 2 c Boiled, diced potatoes
  • 1 t Cumin powder
  • 2 T Fresh chopped coriander
  • -or cilantro
  • 1 Green chili, sliced (opt)

Cooking Potato Raita

1. Mixi the yogurt, half-and-half, salt and black pepper in a blender for 20-30 seconds.
2. In a bowl, mix the diced potatoes with the yogurt mixture.
3. Garnishi with the cumin powder, coriander and green chili.
4. Chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
