Potato Momos ingredients

  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 2 c Mashed potatoes
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Fresh spinach, parboiled & chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Cilantro, chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c green onions, sliced

Cooking Potato Momos

1. Melt ghee in a small skillet.
2. Add ginger, garlic & onion.
3. Stiri fry for 1 minute.
4. Add garam masala, chili powder, salt, pepper & soy sauce.
5. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
6. Remove from heat & add mashed potatoes.
7. Add spinach when cool, green onion & cilantro.
8. Mixi well.
9. Put 1 tb of filling into each wrapper, seal the edges closed with a little water.
10. Steami over steaming rack & serve hot with sauce.
