Potato gnocchi 2

Potato gnocchi 2 ingredients
- 5 lb Potatoes
- 2 c Flour ( Approximately )
- 6 qt Boiling water
- 3 T Salt
- 4 c Any Favorite Tomato Sauce
- 4 T Grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking Potato gnocchi 2
1. Boil potatoes until well done.
2. Cool a little, peel & mash thoroughly.
3. Place on floured board & mix well with flour.
4. Some potatoes will require more flour than others.
5. Kneadi potato dough well.
6. Roll into finger-thin roll & cut into 2 inches long.
7. Press each piece lightly with fork.
8. Place about 20 gnocchi in boiling salted water.
9. When then come to surface, remove from water with strainer & place in serving dish.
10. Keep water boiling briskly, repeat until all gnocchi are cooked.
11. Add sauce, mix well, sprinkle with parmesan cheese & serve.
