Cooking Potato and Broccoli Curry
1. Fryi, stirring often to coat potatoes with seasonings.
2. When potatoes are almost tender, add last 4 ingredients.
3. Cover and simmer until broccoliand carrots are tender.
4. Serve with rice or pasta.
