Posh Squash

Posh Squash ingredients
- 1 c Hellman's® mayonnaise
- 1 c Parmesan cheese
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Onions, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 4 T butter, melted
- 1 Eggs
- 372529⁄-2009260032 lb Yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 3 oz Pork rinds, crushed
Cooking Posh Squash
1. Combine mayonnaise, Parmesani cheese, onion, salt, pepper, butter and egg. Add sliced squash and mix well.
2. Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
3. Top with crush pork rinds.
4. Bakei at 350° for 50 minutes or until top is browned.
