Posh Squash ingredients

  • 1 c Hellman's® mayonnaise
  • 1 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1⁄2 c Onions, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 4 T butter, melted
  • 1 Eggs
  • 2 1⁄2 lb Yellow squash, thinly sliced
  • 3 oz Pork rinds, crushed

Cooking Posh Squash

1. Combine mayonnaise, Parmesani cheese, onion, salt, pepper, butter and egg. Add sliced squash and mix well.
2. Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
3. Top with crush pork rinds.
4. Bakei at 350° for 50 minutes or until top is browned.
5. Per serving: 3. 4 g carbohydrates, 196. 6 calories, 1. 3 g fiber, 17. 6 g fat, 6.
6. 7 g protein.
