Portuguese Barbecue Sauce ingredients
- 1 c Sherry
- 1⁄4 c olive oil
- 3⁄4 c Red onion
- 1 T garlic
- 1 T Kosher salt
- 1⁄2 t Pepper
- 1⁄2 t tarragon
Cooking Portuguese Barbecue Sauce
1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a moderate flame heat to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Use as a baste.
