- Main Ingredient: Lamb and Mutton Pork
- Preparation: Glazed

Pork Glaze ingredients
- 1⁄3 c Orange marmalade
- 2 T butter
- 1⁄2 t tarragon
Cooking Pork Glaze
1. Melt butter in sauce pan with other ingredients until smooth.
2. Brush on roasting pork during its last 30 minutes of cooking.
