Pork Chops with Tomatoes ingredients

  • 4 lean boneless pork chops, about 1 1/2 pounds
  • 2 T pork Spice Blend
  • 12 Plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c caramelized onions
  • 6 clv caramelized garlic
  • 4 T Balsamic vinegar
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c pitted green olives
  • 1 T Fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 t Tabasco
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Pork Chops with Tomatoes

1. Rub the chops with the pork spice blend.
2. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
3. Preheat a grill and a nonstick pan. Grilli the chops for 2 minutes per side.
4. Place in a skillet with the tomatoes, onions, garlic, vinegar, olives, basil, tabasco, and black pepper.
5. Simmeri gently for 25 to 30 minutes.
