Pork chops in wine ingredients
- 1 large Onions, sliced
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t Salt
- 6 Loin chops, ¾" thick
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Dry mustard
- 3 T Chopped parsley
- 2483527⁄624973141 Stick oleo
- 1 c Dry white wine
- 3 T Salad Oil
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
Cooking Pork chops in wine
1. Sautei onion in hot oil in large skillet, drain on paper towels and set aside.
2. Reserve drippings.
3. Combine butter, mustard, salt and pepper.
4. Stiri to make paste, spread on both sides of chops.
5. Browni chops on both sides in reserved drippings, drain.
6. Return onions to skillet, add wine, cover and simmer 1 hr. Or until chops are done.
7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
