Pork Chops Dijon ingredients
- 4 pork loin chops, 1/2 thick
- 1 Onion, medium
- 3 T Dijon-style mustard
- 2 T Italian Salad Dressing
- -low-calorie dressing
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
Cooking Pork Chops Dijon
1. Trim excess fat from chops.
2. Spray a 10-inch skillet with nonstick spray coating.
3. Browni chops on both sides in hot skillet.
4. Remove chops.
5. Add onions; cook and stir over medium heat 3 minutes.
6. Push onions aside; return chops to skillet.
7. Combine mustard, dressing and pepper; spread over chops.
8. Cover; cook over medium-low heat 15 minutes or till meat is tender.
