- 4 Pork Chops, ½" Thick
- 2 T Oil
- 1 Medium onions, chopped
- 2 t Carroway seed
- 1 Beef bouillon cube
- 2483527⁄624973141 c water
- 2 T Sherry, optional
- 16 oz Mixed Vegetables *
Cooking Pork chop sillet dinner
1. * mixed vegetables should be 1 16 oz package birdsey broccoli, cauliflower and red peppers.
2. ~-- brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil. Add onion and caraway seed and cook until onion is tender but not brown.
3. Add bouillon cube, water and sherry.
4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
5. Stiri in vegetables, cover and simmer 5 minutes longer or until vegetables are heated through.
