Pork and cabbage sandwiches ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage, bulk
- 7 c Cabbage, shredded
- 1 med Onion, chopped
- 1 med Pepper, sweet red, Thin Slic

- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sour cream
- Hamburger buns or Pieta
- Bread.
Cooking Pork and cabbage sandwiches
1. In a large skillet, brown sausage, drain.
2. Add cabbage, onion, red pepper, water, salt and sugar; mix well.
3. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
4. Stiri in sour cream and heat through.
5. Serve on buns or pita bread.
