Popovers and Pineapple Fritters ingredients
- 1 c Milk
- 1 c flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 T melted butter -- cooled
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
Cooking Popovers and Pineapple Fritters
1. For Popovers: Blend in blender or Cuisinart until just combined.
2. Do not overblend.
3. Half fill 8 buttered 1/2-cup metal molds and set on preheated baking sheet in 425 degrees.
4. Bakei 30 minutes or until well puffed and crisp.
5. For Pineapplei fritters: Leftover pancake batter makes good Pineapple fritters.
6. Dip slices in flour, then pancake batter and fry in small amount of hot fat. Drain.
7. Good with ham, pork, etc.
