Popcorn Macaroons ingredients

  • 1 c Popcorn -- popped (remove all hard kernels)
  • 1 c Walnuts -- finely chopped
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 c Powdered sugar;
  • 3⁄4 t vanilla

Cooking Popcorn Macaroons

1. Put popcorn in blender and chop fine.
2. Combine in a bowl with nuts.
3. Beat egg whites until foamy, then add sugar and beat until stiff.
4. Blend in vanilla and mix carefully with popcorn and nuts.
5. Drop by spoon onto a lightly oiled cookie sheet.
6. Bakei in a preheated 300 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
