Polenta Primavera 2 ingredients

  • 2 c water
  • c ALBERSĀ® Yellow Corn Meal
  • 1 c shredded fontina or mozzarella cheese
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Heavy whipping cream
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground black pepper
  • 1 bo primavera pasta-ready chunky tomatoes

Cooking Polenta Primavera 2

1. GREASE a 9-inch pie plate.
2. BRING water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
3. Slowly add cornmeal over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thick.
4. STIR in fontina cheese, cream, Parmesani cheese, salt and pepper; cook, stirring constantly, for additional 2 minutes or until very thick.
5. SPREAD into prepared pie plate; cool for 1 hour or until firm.
6. Cut into wedges; serve topped with tomatoes and juice.
