Poached Lobster Delights and Garden Vegetables ingredients
- 1 c chicken broth
- 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic Powder
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Dried basil
- 2483527⁄624973141 t thyme
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Oregano leaves
- 1 T Cornstarch
- 1 c Quartered fresh mushrooms
- 1 pk Louis Kemp Lobster Delights chunks (8 oz)
- 3 c Fresh vegetables (broccoli flowerets, carrot and zucchini slices)

- 1 pk Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (16 oz)
- 1 T Lime Juice
- 1 t margarine
Cooking Poached Lobster Delights and Garden Vegetables
1. Combine first six ingredients in saucepan.
2. Cook and stir on medium heat until mixture thickens and boils.
3. Add mushrooms, Lobsteri Delights and vegetables.
4. Cover; reduce heat.
5. Simmeri about 10 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring once.
6. Stiri in lime juice and margarine.
7. 111 calories per serving.
