Plum-Glazed Pork Kabobs ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 Green bell pepper
  • c plum jelly
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground ginger
  • 1 garlic

Cooking Plum-Glazed Pork Kabobs

1. Trim all visible fat from meat.
2. Cut meat into 12 cubes.
3. Thread onto skewers, alternating with onion wedges and pepper squares.
4. Combine remaining ingredients in 1 cup glass measure.
5. Microwave (high) for 1 minute, stir to blend.
6. Place kabobs on grill over medium-hot fire.
7. Grilli 10-12 minutes, turning and basting frequently with glaze, until browned.
