Plum Brandy ingredients
- 372529⁄-2009260032 lb Plums; fresh; halved*
- 2 c Sugar
- 2 c Gin
Cooking Plum Brandy
1. *Remove pits In medium glass bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients.
2. Heat 10 minutes on POWER LEVEL 7 (Medium-High) until sugar is dissolved, stirring once.
3. Continue cooking on POWER LEVEL 1 (Warm) an additional 30 minutes, stirring twice.
4. Cover and let stand 3 to 4 days.
5. Straini before using.
6. YIELD: 2 cups.
