Planked Red Snapper

Planked Red Snapper ingredients
- 1 Red snapper fillet
- 1 olive oil
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 Paprika
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Plank board per each
- 1 Vegetables as desired
Cooking Planked Red Snapper
1. Seasoni fillets with salt and pepper, lemon juice and a dash of paprika.
2. Rub with olive oil and broil slowly for 10 minutes.
3. Remove from the broiler, place on a plank and decorate with vegetables (onion rings, peas, mushroom caps, asparagus etc. ) Place the whole board with fish and vegetables beneath the broiler again.
4. Serve sizzling hot. Also for: Cobia, trout, King, Spanish mackerel, Dolphin, Grouperi, Amberjacki, mullet.
