Pizza loaf ingredients

  • 1 lb French bread
  • 1 1⁄2 lb Ground beef
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 t Oregano
  • 2 Green onions
  • 8 oz Tomato sauce
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 SLICES, AMERICAN CHEESE
  • 6 SLICES, MOZZARELLA CHEESE

Cooking Pizza loaf

1. Cut cheese slices into triangles.
2. Split loaf of french bread, lengthwise.
3. Place bread on baking sheet.
4. In a skillet, brown the ground beef, drain.
5. Add salt, oregano, basil, onions and tomato sauce.
6. Simmeri for 5 minutes.
7. Spread half the beef mixture on each piece of bread.
8. Alternate cheese cheese slices and tomato on top of beef mixture.
