Pineapple-walnut dip ingredients

  • 1 c Cottage cheese
  • 1 c Pineapple, crushed
  • 1⁄2 t Lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 c Sour cream
  • 1 c Walnuts, chopped
  • 1⁄4 t Lemon Zest

Cooking Pineapple-walnut dip

1. Creami the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor or with an electric mixer.
2. Blend in the sour cream.
3. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
4. Cover and chill.
5. Makes about 2 ¾ cups of dip.
6. Suggested dippers: vanilla wafers, chicken, pears, strawberries.
