Pineapple-Cranberry Relish ingredients
- 2 c Cranberries (1/2 lb)
- 1 c Crushed pineapple; drained
- 1⁄2 c Gran. sweetener (2 tb.liquid
Cooking Pineapple-Cranberry Relish
1. Wash cranberries, removing stems and soft berries.
2. Grindi raw cranberries, add pineapple and sweetener.
3. This relish is tart, a good accompaniment to turkey or any other meat.
4. It will keep well in the fridge for use with many meals.
