Pineapple rum sauce

Pineapple rum sauce ingredients
- 2 T Firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 T Rum *
- 4 1⁄2 c Chopped fresh pineapple
Cooking Pineapple rum sauce
1. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar and rum. Mixi until combined.
2. Add pineapple; toss gently, and store in refrigerator.
3. *tip: to substitute for rum, use 2 tsps.
4. rum flavor or extract and 4 tsps.
5. water.
6. Per serving:(¼ cup) 30 cal.
