Pineapple Cake/Boiled Icing

Pineapple Cake/Boiled Icing ingredients
- 2 c Sugar
- 2 c All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 t Baking soda
- 1 t Salt
- 1 Can crushed pineapple
- 2 t vanilla
- Topping:
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Brown sugar - packed
- 6 T butter
- 6 T Milk
Cooking Pineapple Cake/Boiled Icing
1. Put all ingredients in bowl, beat 2-3 minutes.
2. Pour in greased pan 13 x 9 x 2). Bakei 30-35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
3. When cake is done, bring topping mixture to boil and pour over the warm cake.
4. This makes a good moist cake and topping.
5. Toppingi: 1-1/2 C brown sugar 6 tablesp.
