Pineapple Boat Aloha

1. Cut Pineapples in half lengthwise.
2. Scoop out pulp, leaving shells 1/2 inch thick; set shells aside.
3. Cut pineapple pup into bite-size pieces, discarding core.
4. Add strawberries and bananas; toss gently.
5. Spoon into pineapple shells; spoon dressing over fruit.
6. Dressingi: Combine first 5 ingredients in container of electric blender; process on high speed 1 minute.
7. Gradually add oil, and continue to blend.
