Pie Crust/Low-Fat ingredients

  • 1 c flour, sifted, all purpose
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt, optional
  • c corn syrup, light
  • 2 T milk, skim

Cooking Pie Crust/Low-Fat

1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
2. Mixi flour and salt in bowl.
3. Combine syrup and milk and add all at once to flour mixture.
4. Stiri with a fork til thoroughly mixed.
5. Shape mixture into a ball and place in between 2 squares of wax paper lightly dusted with flour.
6. Roll pastry into a circle large enough to fit a 9 inch pan. Spray pan with nostick spray and arrange pastry in pan. Cut off edges and press with fork.
7. Prick bottom all over with a fork.
8. Bakei about 10 minutes or til golden brown.
9. Cool before filling.
