Pickled mango

Pickled mango ingredients
- 2 c Cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 c Hawaiian salt
- 4 1⁄2 c Brown sugar
- 6 c water
- 1⁄2 t 5 spices
- 2 T Red coloring
- 5 c Sliced green mangoes
Cooking Pickled mango
1. Combine ingredients.
2. Boil, cool, and pour over sliced mangoes.
3. Yield: 2 gallons.
