Pesto Potatoes ingredients

  • 1 pk STOUFFER'S® frozen Scalloped Potatoes
  • 1 containe BUITONI® refrigerated Pesto with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 2 T Dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 c (3.5-oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking Pesto Potatoes

1. PREHEAT oven to 350 degF.
2. PLACE half of scalloped potatoes in 1½-quart baking dish.
3. Combine pesto and breadcrumbs in small bowl; spoon over potatoes.
4. Top with remaining potatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
5. BAKE for 55 to 60 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
