Persimmon Freezer Jam ingredients
- 4 c persimmon puree
- 3 c Sugar
- 2 T Lemon juice
- 1⁄4 t Lemon peel
Cooking Persimmon Freezer Jam
1. Mixi all ingredients together and boil at low temperature for approximently 20 minutes or until thickened.
2. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
3. Store in refridgerator or freezer.
