Persian peaches ingredients
- 4 c Sliced peaches
- 1⁄2 c Orange juice
- 3 T Honey
- 2 T Finely chopped
- Candied ginger
- 1 ds Salt
Cooking Persian peaches
1. Candiedi ginger adds delightful zingo.
2. Serve plain or over vanilla ice cream.
3. combine all ingredients, mixing gently.
4. Cover; chill thoroughly.
5. Spoon into chilled sherbet glasses.
