Peppermint Liqueur ingredients

  • 2 t Peppermint extract(or 3 ts)
  • 3 c Vodka
  • 1 c Sugar syrup (see recipe)

Cooking Peppermint Liqueur

1. Combine all ingredients and stir.
2. Let stand for 2 weeks.
3. Use 3 teaspoons of extract for a stronger mint taste and additional sugar syrup for a sweeter thicker liqueur.
