Peppercorn Oysters ingredients
- c butter
- 1 T garlic
- 3 T peppercorns
- 36 oyster
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Fresh lime juice
- 6 oz Clam juice
- 3 T butter
Cooking Peppercorn Oysters
1. Melt 1/3 cup butter in a skillet, over a medium flame.
2. Add garlic and peppercorns, heat and stir for 60 seconds add oysters, lime juice, and clam juice or fumet.
3. Heat and stir until reduced by half.
4. Stiri in remaining butter, until melted.
5. Serve at once.
