Pepper Steak 2 2 ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Sirloin Steak, 3/4
- 2 T Cornstarch
- 1 cn Campbell's Beef Consomme'
- 1⁄4 c water
- 2 T Vegatable oil
- 2 med Green Peppers,cut into 2
- 1 med Onion, cut into wedges
- 1⁄4 t garlic Powder
- 4 c Hot cooked Rice
Cooking Pepper Steak 2 2
1. Slice beef into very thin strips.
2. Mixi cornstarch ,consomme'and water in cup until smooth.
3. Heat oil in skillet.
4. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.
5. Push beef to one side of skillet.
6. Add peppers,onion and garlic powder and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
7. Add cornstarch mixture.
8. Cook until mixture boils and thickens,stirring.
9. Serve over rice.
