Pepper salad ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 Head cabbage
- 1 Carrot, chopped fine
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Green pepper, (red/yellow)
- 2 c water
- 1 T Mayonnaise-type dressing
Cooking Pepper salad
1. Cut cabbage into small wedges.
2. Place half in blender along with water, carrot, and peper.
3. Blend quickly; turn off and drain at once, using liquid for blending with balance of cabbage, drain once more.
4. Mixi with mayonnaise dressing.
