Peas and cheese salad

Peas and cheese salad ingredients
- 1⁄3 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1⁄2 t Prepared mustard
- 1⁄4 t Sugar
- 1⁄8 t Pepper
- 1 pk Frozen green Peas (10 oz)
- 1 c Mild Cheddar or Colby cheese
- 1 med Stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 3 Sweet Pickles (ΒΌ cup)
- 2 T Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Cooking Peas and cheese salad
1. Thaw and drain peas.
2. Dicei cheese.
3. Chopi pickles.
4. Mixi mayo, salt, mustard, sugar and pepper in large bowl.
5. Add peas, cheese, celery, pickles and onion; toss.
6. Stiri in eggs.
7. Cover amd refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until chilled.
8. Note: can substitute 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained.
