- 1 3⁄4 c coconut milk
- 2 T Red curry paste
- 1⁄4 c Fish Sauce (Nam Pla)
- 3 T Sugar
- 1 c peanuts, roasted, ground
Cooking Peanut Sauce - Nam Jim Satay
1. This richly flavored sauce is usually served with satays.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Makes 2-1/2 cups.
